Moonlight Birmans began with a simple love story—between our family and an enchanting Birman cat who stole our hearts completely. What started as welcoming one beautiful companion into our home blossomed into a passion for preserving and sharing the remarkable qualities that make Birmans so special.
We’re not a large commercial operation. We’re a dedicated family who believes that the best kittens come from breeders who truly know and care for each cat individually. Our cattery operates from our home, where our Birmans live as beloved family members first and breeding cats second. This means every kitten born here grows up in a loving, stimulating environment filled with the warmth and activity of daily family life.

Our Commitment to Responsible Placement
Our kittens are family members, and we only place them in homes where they’ll continue to be treated with love and care. We take great care in matching each of our Birman kittens with the right family, considering lifestyle, experience, and family dynamics.
All cats must be well cared for, fed high-quality food, and never declawed. We provide comprehensive care instructions and ongoing support. We also arrange for cats to be returned to us if they ever need to be rehomed, ensuring no cat from our cattery ends up in an unsuitable situation.
Transportation and Ongoing Support
Getting Birman kittens From our location, we provide hand delivery and safe shipping services nationwide. We also offer convenient air travel options where customers can fly in, receive their kitten at the airport, and return home within the hour. We provide shipping options as well to families within the states.
Schedule an Appointment
When it is convenient for us both, we will set up a meeting with you, but this won’t happen until a deposit is placed on the kitten from the contract form and signed. We might only have a little window of time to meet you before another scheduled event in our family life. so it’s crucial that you be on time for your meeting.
Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans changes so that we can both reschedule for the next open window of time. Hopefully that won’t be an issue, but occasionally there are doctor’s appointments or other errands that can’t be changed without causing a lot of trouble.
Our relationship with families doesn’t end at pickup. We encourage staying in touch and provide ongoing support throughout your cat’s life. Many of our families become lifelong friends, sharing photos and stories through our community of Birman enthusiasts.
